ABOUT ME
WELCOME TO MADDIE BUDREAU THERAPY!
I (she/her) offer high-quality and accessible care rooted in evidence and theory-based practice. My therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-focused, culturally competent, anti-oppressive, and always relational. While I was trained in psychodynamic therapy, I tailor treatment to each individual that may incorporate additional elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), parts work, mindfulness, exposure therapy, and family systems theory. Services
53-minute Individual Psychotherapy
I offer psychotherapy at a frequency that feels clinically appropriate and feasible for you. This can range from 1-3x per week to once every other week/biweekly. Check out which issues I specialize in here.
Accommodation / Disability Paperwork
I am open to completing accommodation / disability paperwork that is clinically necessary and within the scope of my practice. You must be a client of mine for a substantial amount of time. I charge $150/hour.
Gender-Affirming Care Letters
I am happy to provide a letter of support for current clients of mine seeking gender affirming care. If you are not yet a client of mine but wish to receive a letter, please reach out to me so we can discuss this further.
